This ministry was born from my own encounter with Jesus. He didn’t just change my habits—He transformed my heart. I was planted in His truth, pruned through surrender, and now I’m flourishing in wholeness.

Before Christ, I was stuck in survival—striving to fix myself through diets, toxic cycles, and performance. But the more I tried to change on my own, the more empty I felt.

Until Jesus met me. He didn’t ask me to be perfect—He asked me to be planted.

“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me…” — Galatians 2:20
